Meet the Pack Leaders
Doggy Social Club was founded by Sarah and Daniel Walker, whose journey began over 25 years ago at Battersea Dogs Home, where they bonded over their shared love for dogs. Since then, they’ve dedicated their lives to understanding canine behaviour and creating positive, enriching experiences for dogs of all shapes and sizes.
At the heart of their journey was Stitch — their beloved dog and the original pack leader of Doggy Social Club. With his calm, friendly nature, Stitch helped new dogs settle in, make friends, and build confidence. His legacy continues in every tail wag, playful bark, and happy trot we see today.
Doggy Social Club has since grown into a vibrant, close-knit community of pups and people, all connected through a shared love of dogs and the great outdoors. Every dog is welcomed like family — because that’s exactly what they are.

We cannot recommend Sarah highly enough, she is reliable and most importantly loves Maisie and Maisie loves her. Maisie is a rescue bulldog and can be quite nervous she’s also a typical bulldog and doesn’t love walks however she loves going to the park with Sarah and all of her doggie social club friends. My previous dog walker was having a change of career and I needed a reliable and flexible new dog walker, luckily someone I knew recommended Sarah. Sarah and her team have been walking Dexter for the past 10 months and he is very happy. Sarah is so accommodating and walks him at very short notice which is really helpful to me. The photos she takes are beautiful, I don't know how she gets him to pose the way he does. His behaviour has also improved which I think is due to him learning from the other well behaved dogs he is out with, this makes it much more pleasurable for us when we walk him. Sarah has been walking Bob for about 6 months now and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. We had a bit of a bad experience with a previous dog walker not turning up on time or not at all some days and this made Bob and us quite anxious. Sarah put us at ease immediately and ensures she gives us regular updates throughout the day so we know what he’s been up to. Bob is a different dog since going to the social club, he’s happier, more relaxed around other dogs and people and it’s made a huge difference to us knowing he’s being looked after and not having to worry whilst at work. We have used Sarah 's services for a number of years now. She looked after our elderly dogs Lola and Lucy until they passed away. She treats her charges like her own pets. She loves them and they love her. Sarah is now walking and training our new rescue puppy Sally. The dog was extremely fearful when she arrived from Crete after having a bad start in life. Sarah has absolutely turned her around. She now thoroughly enjoys socialising with the other pack members and looks forward to her walks every day. I can't recommend Sarah highly enough. She's brilliant.

I adopted my dog, Rioja, one month ago and as I work my main worry was what to do whilst at work. I approached Sarah as I knew that she sometimes walked my neighbours dog and asked her to take Rioja out for walks at lunchtime. I could not be happier and Rioja is absolutely delighted. She is a rescue dog that was very fearful when she arrived but Sarah made Rioja feel so safe and secure that in a couple of days she was just jumping at the opportunity to go with Sarah and her other doggies to the park. I can't thank Sarah enough as I can now leave for work in the mornings knowing that Rioja is in good hands and that She will have a great time. Sarah also provided me with advice prior to bringing Rioja which was priceless. It helped me to make Rioja comfortable within the stressful few first days and provided me with much needed reassurance as a first time owner. For that I am in her debt. I cannot recommend Sarah and doggy Social Club enough. She is the person that all dog owners need to have on speed dial. Thank you Sarah for looking after Rioja so well!

Sarah really has a hand for animals. When she came to meet our puppy, even our 8 year old shy cat popped around to see who she was. Sarah has a very natural and kind approach to any breed if animal, and Harley loved her walk! Can’t wait for Harley to have more fun with the Doggy Social Club x
